The short version

We keep this simple. We don't use tracking cookies. We don't sell your data. We only ask for your details when you choose to send them or book a call, and we only use them to help you.

Who this is about

This policy covers the Growthbuddy website. Growthbuddy is run by Growthbuddy Limited ("we", "us", "our"). It explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect, and why

When you just visit the site. We use a privacy-friendly analytics service to count things like how many people visit, which pages they view, and roughly where visitors come from (such as the country, or the website that linked them). It does not use cookies, does not store personal data on your device, and does not follow you across other websites. It turns basic details (like your IP address and browser) into a scrambled code that can't be turned back into you. This helps us make the site better. That data is stored in the EU.

When you send us your details. If you fill in the short "send us your details" form, we collect your name, your work email, and details about what you're looking for. That means the roles you need, the experience level, when you'd like them to start, and any note you add. We use this only to reply to you and help you find the right people. Your message reaches our inbox through an email delivery provider.

When you book a call. If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, and the time you pick so we can hold the call.

When we check for spam. Our forms use a bot-protection service to check that you are a real person and not a bot. It may look at some basic technical signals from your browser to do this. It is not used to track you or to show you ads.

Cookies

We don't use cookies to track you, so you won't see a cookie banner. Our security and spam-check tools may use short-lived technical tokens that are needed to keep the site working and safe.

Who we share your details with

We only share your details with the providers we need to run the site and reply to you:

• An analytics provider, for website analytics (no cookies, no personal data stored on your device)
• A scheduling provider, for booking your call
• An email delivery provider, for delivering your form message to our inbox
• A hosting and security provider, for running the site and checking for spam

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising.

We name these by category rather than by brand so the policy stays accurate if we change a provider. If you would like to know exactly who we use today, ask us and we will tell you.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry and booking details only as long as we need them to help you, and then a reasonable time after in case you get back in touch. Analytics data is kept only as counts and summaries, not as personal profiles.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, fix them, or delete them. You can also ask us to stop using them. If you are in the EU or UK, these rights come from the GDPR. Where your data is handled

Some of the providers above may process data in different regions. Our analytics data is handled in the EU. Where data moves between regions, we rely on our providers' standard protections.

Children

This site is for businesses and adults. It isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is important, we'll make that clear on the site.
