How Altitude's CEO got 70% of his week back

Altitude is an agency that helps businesses grow on the Amazon marketplace. The team brings more than a decade of experience and manages around 150 million euros in annual revenue for Amazon sellers.

Pirmin, Altitude's CEO, was the engine behind much of that success, and he was carrying far too much. The need for skilled help was obvious. Handing real responsibility to someone hired remotely felt like a bigger leap.

We set out to find Altitude an Amazon Ads specialist who could take the operational work off Pirmin's plate and run with it.
