β€’ Looking at her CV, we noticed several gaps between jobs and many brief positions at different companies. Upon further discussion, we learnt that several health and family matters (including maternity leave) had required her to place personal commitments above her career progression. Nevertheless, given her conscientiousness, technical capabilities and sincere commitment to re-establishing her career, we felt she warranted an opportunity to demonstrate her potential.

Objective

​This candidate was invited to a 60-minute follow-up interview to assess their technical capabilities in more detail. During this interview, we assessed their critical-thinking skills, technical expertise, and overall conversational skills.

Technical abilities

β€’ QA Analytical Skills [9/10]: Anjali excelled in technical issue identification within the Meta Ads operations task, covering age targeting, platform targeting, geographical parameters, CTAs, and budget management. Her analysis connected each technical finding to its business impact, while providing actionable solutions at both ad set and ad levels. This approach to problem-solving, combined with her ability to implement fixes at the appropriate campaign hierarchy levels, demonstrated her strong understanding of Meta Ads campaign architecture and technical operations.
