As YellowFin’s client base grew, the demand for strong PPC expertise and reliable support across adjacent functions grew with it. Keith needed talent who could take full ownership without constant oversight, but finding that level of experience on his own was slow and unpredictable, diverting time from higher-impact priorities.

Objective
Our goal was to free Keith up from the hiring process so he could focus on running and growing the business. It started with one role, a PPC specialist, and eventually expanded to others across operations and strategy. The idea was to place senior, high-quality talent at a fraction of the cost of hiring locally and build a team that could operate independently without leaning on Keith at every turn.
