β’ She surpassed our expectations by applying analytical rigour and a logical structure to her take-home assessment. Moreover, her decision to use PowerBI instead of Excel showed excellent judgment. The dashboard was intuitively designed and facilitated instant discovery of insights.

β’ She outperformed all other interviewed candidates by extracting more profound and superior insights β a lot of this was down to her hypothesis-based approach.

β’ We appreciated that she questioned the way retention was being calculated and suggested a better approach, which was backed with data.

β’ She crafted an excellent email that was clear, logically organised, and concise. Her product analytics and marketing recommendations exceeded the scope of her current work experience, instilling confidence in her problem-solving abilities.
