🤔  What does GrowthBuddy do?

We help you find pre-vetted overseas marketers who are skilled and experienced but ~55% more affordable. We manage all the searching, interviewing, payroll and admin for you. If you like one of our shortlisted candidates (i.e. the GrowthBuddy), they’ll be assigned exclusively to your business on a full-time basis, for as long as you like.

💼  What roles can you help with?

Almost every Marketing role requiring an experienced marketer with 3 - 6 years of experience. We’re particularly good at finding:

  • Paid Search Marketers (Google, Meta, etc.)

  • SEO Marketers

  • E-commerce Marketers

  • Amazon Marketers

🦸‍♀️  What can I expect as a bare minimum from each candidate?

  • 3 - 6 years of relevant work experience

  • Fluent verbal and written English proficiency

  • Highly skilled and deeply passionate about their craft

  • Full-time member of your team (5 days a week)

  • Working to your time-zone preference

🪜  What does the hiring process look like?

We conduct a role-specific 4-stage interview process to assess all the applicants over a 3-week period before we present a shortlist of 2-3 suitable candidates for your role.

  • Discovery call – a 30-minute call to discuss their previous work experience, assess their verbal communication skills, and understand their motivations.

  • Values fit check – a behavioural interview to assess if their values are aligned with ours and if they’re likely to be a cultural fit for you.

  • Take-home task – a role-specific 3-hour assessment to evaluate their technical, analytical and written communication skills.

  • Technical round – a 45-minute follow-up interview to discuss their take-home assessment and evaluate their technical competence for the role
