🪜  What does the hiring process look like?

We conduct a role-specific 4-stage interview process to assess all the applicants over a 3-week period before we present a shortlist of 2-3 suitable candidates for your role.​

• Discovery call – a 30-minute call to discuss their previous work experience, assess their verbal communication skills, and understand their motivations.

​

• Values fit check – a behavioural interview to assess if their values are aligned with ours and if they’re likely to be a cultural fit for you.

​

• Take-home task – a role-specific 3-hour assessment to evaluate their technical, analytical and written communication skills.

• Technical round – a 45-minute follow-up interview to discuss their take-home assessment and evaluate their technical competence for the role
